Siding Contractor Software in Wyoming

Siding jobs don't fit neatly in generic contractor software. You've got full wraps, partial replacements, color matching trim, and HOAs that take three weeks to approve a sample. ExteriorPro lets you bid by square footage, track what material's going on what elevation, keep the approval paperwork attached to the project, and hand the crew a clean scope on install day. No more rebuilding the estimate from memory because the customer changed the J-channel color.

Whether it's a full wrap in Wyoming suburbs or a partial replacement after hail, ExteriorPro keeps the scope, the material by elevation, and the install week on one screen.

From $199/month per location. No credit card required to start.

Wyoming's siding is chosen by the wind. On March 12, 2026, gusts of 109 miles an hour were clocked near Chugwater and Centennial, with sustained winds of 75, and the storm blew over dozens of trucks and ripped roofs off buildings. A wall of vinyl in that wind does not stay on, so steel siding and fiber cement have the replacement market from Cheyenne to Rawlins, with log and cedar the look in Jackson, Sheridan, and the mountain towns. The older neighborhoods of Cheyenne, Laramie, and Casper carry wood clapboard under whatever went over it. Hail does the claims. The storm of August 1, 1985 put a foot of lime-sized hail on Cheyenne, and the sun at 6,000 feet chalks paint and fades vinyl in a few summers.

The storm law covers the siding company as squarely as the roofer. Since July 1, 2017, a contractor soliciting exterior storm damage repair in Wyoming may not pay, advertise, or promise to pay or rebate any part of an insurance deductible. Every contract, bid, and advertisement carries the contractor's city license number, and the homeowner can cancel within three business days of signing or of written notice that the claim is denied, whichever comes later. A sale made in the home carries three business days to cancel under the home solicitation law.

Wyoming licenses no contractors. Cheyenne and Casper license anyone who builds, alters, or repairs a structure inside the city, and outside the cities there is no license at all. There is no state contract law for a residential job, so the contract is whatever the siding company writes. There is no statewide residential building code, and the cities and counties adopt their own, so a re-side in Cheyenne or Casper is inspected and one on the ranch is not.

The houses are the market. The median Wyoming house dates from 1981 and about one in nine from before 1940. Those are the clapboard and brick of the railroad towns along the Union Pacific and the mining towns, and that is a trade of its own. The state passed 588,753 people in July 2025, and the growth is in Laramie County, which grew fastest at 1.2 percent to 102,938, while Teton County lost people to the price of a house. Cheyenne gets about 17 inches of precipitation a year and Casper 16, so the siding job is flashing and housewrap for wind-driven snow, and the season runs from April into October, with the wind stopping a crew on the days the snow does not.

Every trade, one price

Roofing, siding, windows, and gutters are all included at one price per location — so a crew that adds a second trade doesn't change what they pay.
