ExteriorPro text alerts

ExteriorPro texts new-lead alerts to the people who use it: staff at the roofing, siding, window and gutter companies with an ExteriorPro account, who switch the alerts on for themselves.

Text me when a new lead comes in By checking this box and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive SMS new-lead alerts from ExteriorPro. Message frequency may vary. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Only leads you can see, and only between 8am and 9pm where the lead is.

How to opt in

Log in to your ExteriorPro account.
Open Settings and find Texts.
Enter your mobile number and tick "Text me when a new lead comes in".
Press Save. You'll get a text confirming you're signed up.

The box starts unticked and is optional. Your number can be saved without it.

Who sends them

Every text comes from ExteriorPro and starts with "ExteriorPro:". We only text people who have their own ExteriorPro login, about their own account. This program never texts a contractor's customers.

What you'll get

A text when a new lead you can see comes in, with the trade, the city and a link to the lead in ExteriorPro, where its details are. For example:

ExteriorPro: New roofing lead in Denver. https://exteriorpro.io/leads/... Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

Message frequency varies with your leads, and texts only arrive between 8am and 9pm where the lead is. Standard message and data rates may apply. ExteriorPro doesn't charge you for them.

Stopping and help

Reply STOP to any alert to stop them straight away.
Reply HELP for help, or email support@exteriorpro.io.
Or untick the box in Settings > Texts and save.
