Pricing questions
Office seats and texts a month, and nothing else. Starter has 5 office seats, Pro has 15, and Elite has no limit. Every feature, every trade and every location is in all three, and there is no feature held back to make you upgrade.

Nobody loses access. When you go to invite the next office person, ExteriorPro tells you the seats are full and offers the next plan. Move up and the invite goes out. Changing plans mid-month is prorated, so you only pay the difference for the days left.
No. Every plan includes as many locations as you run, each with its own address, cost book, crews and work orders. A company with more offices has more office staff, and that's what moves it up a plan.
Anything billed by an outside provider: measurement reports and payment processing. You're charged for what you actually use, at the provider's rate. Texting is included up to your plan's allowance; past it, customer messages go by email until the first of the month.
Yes. A year is ten months' price, so two months are free: Starter is $1,990, Pro $3,990 and Elite $6,990 a year. Switch between monthly and yearly on the billing page whenever you like; the difference is prorated.
No. ExteriorPro is billed monthly, or yearly if you choose that, and you can cancel anytime from Account Settings.
