Questions contractors ask

How much does ServiceTitan cost?

ServiceTitan doesn't publish its prices. Its pricing page says it prices per technician, and every plan asks you to request pricing. Its annual report says most customers sign annual or multi-year contracts. ExteriorPro is $199 or $349 a month by company size, month to month, with every user included.

Is ServiceTitan built for roofing?

It was built first for trades like HVAC, plumbing and electrical, and has added roofing tools over the past two years. It sells on per-technician pricing with mostly annual contracts. ExteriorPro is made only for roofing, siding, windows and gutters, month to month.

Can I move from ServiceTitan to ExteriorPro?

Usually, yes. Show us your export on a call and we'll move your customers, their properties and your open jobs across for free. Check your ServiceTitan order form first, because leaving before the term ends can mean paying the remaining months.
