About Salesforce
Salesforce is general-purpose CRM software used across every industry. It sells Starter and Pro suites for small businesses and Sales Cloud editions above them, with Field Service for scheduling crews as a separate product. It isn't built for any one trade, so a contractor adds quoting, e-signature, scheduling and measurement reports through its editions and its app marketplace.
Why contractors pick ExteriorPro instead
Set up for the trade on day one
Measurements, Good, Better and Best options, e-signed proposals and work orders are there when you sign up. On Salesforce, each of those is an edition, a license or an app.
One price for the whole team
Every user is included. At Pro Suite's $100 a user a month, a ten-person company pays $1,000 a month before any add-ons.
No admin to hire
There's nothing to configure and no implementation partner to bring in. The people who do the work can run it.

How the move worksQuestions contractors ask
How much does Salesforce cost for a contractor?
Salesforce publishes per-user prices: Starter Suite is $25 a user a month and Pro Suite is $100, billed annually. Scheduling crews takes Field Service licenses at $175 a user a month, and e-signature and measurement reports come from paid apps. ExteriorPro is $199 or $349 a month by company size, with every user included.
Can Salesforce do roofing estimates and proposals?
It can, once it's built. Quotes are included from Pro Suite up, e-signature comes through an app like Docusign, and contractor apps on its marketplace, like improveit 360, add trade features for a per-user fee. ExteriorPro builds the estimate from your measurements and price book, and the customer signs the proposal on their phone.
Can I move from Salesforce to ExteriorPro?
Usually, yes. Show us what you have on a call and we'll move your customers, their properties and your open jobs across for free.
