Siding Contractor Software in Missouri

St. Louis is a brick city. Block after block of the city and the inner suburbs is red brick from the 1890s through the 1950s, so siding work inside the city is mostly gables, dormers, and the frame additions on the back. The siding market is in the ring around it. St. Charles County and west county are frame houses in vinyl from the 1980s onward, and a lot of that vinyl has gone brittle and faded. Kansas City is a frame city by comparison, and its Missouri suburbs, Lee's Summit, Blue Springs, Independence, and Liberty, are the volume market for full replacements.

The climate is humid, and that shapes the details. Moisture behind a panel rots sheathing faster here than it does north of the Iowa line, so house wrap and the flashing at every window get looked at closely. The season runs long, from March into December, with a break in the worst of July and August when the crews start at dawn.
