Hail and ice are the reasons a lot of gutter work exists in Oklahoma. The minute it also does roofing it registers with the Construction Industries Board like any roofer, with the insurance and the yearly renewal that come with it. Oklahoma City requires contractors to register before pulling permits, and Tulsa registers them through its permit center.
